Hi Nanna First Review: Nani & Mrunal Thakur Give ‘Terrific Performances’ In Heartwarming And Entertaining Saga

Renowned actor Nani is all over the news these days and rightfully so. After all, his upcoming movie Hi Nanna is all set to hit the theatres tomorrow (December 7). Helmed by debutant director Shouryuv, the movie also stars Mrunal Thakur, Shruti Haasan and Angad Bedi in key roles and the trailer of the movie has got the fans excited. In fact, so far, Hi Nanna has managed to create substantial buzz in the town and the makers are hoping for a decent opening at the box office.

To note, Hi Nanna marks Mrunal's first collaboration with Nani and their chemistry in this romantic family drama has left the audience wanting for more. Interestingly, the movie happens to be Nani's 30th movie as a lead and fans clearly can't keep calm about it. And while everyone is looking forward to release of Hi Nanna, the first review of the movie is out and it seems to be an impressive watch.

In a tweet shared by self proclaimed critic Umari Sandhu, Hi Nanna seems to have won hearts with impressive performances. Meanwhile, Mrunal Thakur recently got candid about Hi Nanna releasing in the same month as Animal Salaar, Dunki, Sam Bahadur and told The Hindu, "Every film has its audience - romance, action, horror... and there are those who are open to watching every kind of cinema. I think this is the best way to end the year, where films in different genres are being released in theatres. I have a few butterflies in my stomach but I am not nervous. I have faith in the audience and I am confident that our work will be appreciated."
