Hidimbha Box Office Collection Day 3 Prediction: Ashwin Babu's Novel Cop Thriller Performs Well; Numbers Surge

Actor Ashwin Babu is one of the bankable actors who pick scripts often dealing with supernatural elements and the horror genre. He is known for such films and has emerged as a successful actor of his range.

Ashwin Babu's latest is yet another such thriller titled Hidimbha, which hit the screens to a mixed response from the cinephiles and critics, on July 20. The movie was reviewed to have a novel and a different backdrop and story, although its director Aneel Kanneganti had displayed a few flaws in its execution.

The movie is, however, performing well despite the underwhelming reviews in terms of box office collection. The collections visibly increased by its third day at even with severe competition from international films of much fanfare.
