Actress Kajal Aggarwal, who ruled the roost in the Tamil and Telugu cinema for over a decade is now trying to strike the perfect balance between work and personal life. The actress is part of two big-budget and star-studded films but may have bad news for her ardent fans.

Kajal Aggarwal is the mother of one-year-old Neil, whom she birthed after getting married to Gautam Kitchlu during the COVID-19 pandemic-induced lockdown.

Kajal Aggarwal made her acting debut in 2004 with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vivek Oberoi's 'Kyun! Ho Gaya Na..' movie. She was identified in her debut but was cast in the Lakshmi Kalyanam movie by director Teja in 2007. The movie made her an overnight sensation despite the film's performance.

Ever since Kajal hadn't looked back and became one of the highest-paid and demanded actresses in Tollywood and Kollywood. She has done tens of movies and SS Rajamouli-Ram Charan's Magadheera made her a superstar in Telugu cinema.

Kajal worked with every superstar and veteran in the Telugu industry starting from megastar Chiranjeevi to Pawan Kalyan, and Balakrishna along with Ram Charan, Prabhas, Allu Arjun, and Ram Pothineni. Until 2018, she was calling shots in her career but after that opportunities slimmed for the Punjabi gudiya, who thought getting married during lockdown was the best idea, to embark on a new chapter in her life.

The actress took a considerable break post-marriage and had a baby boy. She returned to work but so far there isn't any buzz on her films. Her last release Ghosty was an utter flop, adding no value to her dwindling career as an actress.

Amid these, a new rumour about Kajal Aggarwal wanting to quit films has surfaced, which is causing quite a stir. According to a report in Sakshi Entertainment, the actress might not take up any further projects after she completes what is in her hands for now. It is because the actress is missing out on spending quality time with her son as he is growing up. The mother wants to be a hands-on companion and support to Neil, during this essential phase, reportedly.

Kajal Aggarwal's Work Front

The actress is currently shooting for Kamal Haasan- S Shankar's most-hyped sequel Indian 2. In addition to the movie, Bhagavanth Kesari starring Nandamuri Balakrishna is going to arrive for this year's Dussehra.

On the other hand, her Hindi film titled Uma is on the sets.
