Tharun Bhascker's latest directorial, a crime comedy titled Keedaa Cola hit the screens worldwide on November 3. The movie which stars Brahmanandam in a prominent role opened amid much hype and positive reviews from the premieres.

Keedaa Cola did decent business before its release due to the buzz and the popularity of Tharun Bhascker, who also enacted a role in this film, which says is his dream come true.

The movie depicts the strange and unique challenge that a funny group takes on to make quick bucks. They decide to put a cockroach into a soft drink bottle to hit the jackpot. Meanwhile, there is an aspiring Corporator with high ambitions in pursuit of something.

The movie had a great opening in the overseas market and the reviews from paid premieres have amplified expectations for this film which also marks the Telugu debut of MTV Roadies host-cum-producer Raghu Ram.

On its opening day at the box office, Keedaa Cola is expected to earn about Rs 2 Crore, with an occupancy ratio of 25.55%.
