Kotabommali PS vs Aadikeshava Box Office Collection Day 1: Srikanth’s Film FAILS To Beat Vaishnav Tej’s Film

Srikanth's recent survival thriller has been one of the most talked about Telugu releases of the month and it has managed to create a massive buzz among hte audience. Helmed by Teja Marini, the movie is said to be the remake of Malayalam film Nayattu and the trailer and posters have already left everyone in awe. Interestingly, Kotabommali PS has been witnessing a box office clash with Vaishnav Teja starrer Aadhikeshava which is directed by Srikanth N Reddy.

Given the box office clash, there have been speculations about which movie managed to have an upper hand at the box office on the first day of box office. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Kotabommali PS has failed to beat Aadikeshava on the day of release.

Reportedly, Kotabommali PS is likely to mint Rs 1 crores on the opening day while Aadikeshava will be earning around Rs 1.50 crores. It is evident at Vaishnav Teja's Aadikeshava is going strong as of now. It w2ill be interesting to see how both movies will fare at the box office in the coming days.

Talking about Kotabommali PS being a remake of Nayattu, Srikanth told Indiaglitz, "It is an adaptation of 'Nayattu.' While we couldn't replicate scenes verbatim, we made significant changes considering Telugu nativity. I am doing more selective roles lately, such as 'Akhanda' and 'Skanda.' After a considerable time, I am portraying a full-length character in 'Kotabommali,' offering ample scope for performance in a natural way, resembling real-life cops".

He further got candid about his role and said, "I play the character of Head Constable Ramakrishna, and the narrative revolves around the roles of Rahul Vijay, Shivani Rajasekhar, and me. It's a story of three dedicated cops, their sincerity, and the challenges they face. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar portrays my higher official, adding a layer of clash involving seniority, experience, and how a lower-ranked official overcomes the strategic maneuvers and orders of a top official"
