Vijay Deverakonda's upcoming romantic entertainer starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the female lead role, Kushi, is ready for release. The movie written and directed by Shiva Nirvana, is going to hit the screens on September 1.

Kushi is an important film for the director and the lead actors. Shiva Nirvana's last film is Tuck Jagadish with Nani. The movie was one of the biggest flops in the actor's career.

Vijay Deverakonda's recent release Liger tanked miserably at the box office. On the other hand, Samantha's Shaakuntalam also ended up as not only one of her career's biggest failures but also the tollywood industry's. They have high hopes on the success of Kushi.

On August 29, the suave actor shared a picture of his hand holding a woman's hand on his Instagram status. He captioned the picture, "Lots happening but this one's truly special-announcing soon."

Although the image looked like a life update, fans of the 'Rowdy' actor are very sure that it is going to be his next film's announcement and collaboration with an actress.

Vijay Deverakonda also announced a chat session with his fans and followers on Twitter on August 30, to talk about Kushi. He will be bombarded about this status for sure, and we will only know the mystery behind this image and the woman in the picture only after the Liger actor reveals it.
