Superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming mass action entertainer under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas titled Guntur Kaaram, kick-started a new schedule in Hyderabad on August 20. The movie is slated for a Sankranthi release, 2024.

He was questioned about Guntur Kaaram movie's progress and the actor quipped, "This is a private event and we shall only focus on that. But, Guntur Kaaram is turning out good and will release for Sankranthi. You all watch and enjoy."

Mahesh Babu Talks About His Frequent & Infamous Foreign Trips With Family

The Tollywood superstar is infamous for going on frequent family trips to picturesque locations and beautiful destinations in the world. He does that often and amid film's shootings. Guntur Kaaram went on floors long time ago but the shooting has always been delayed. The intended release date of the movie has been changed more than four times.

When a reporter questioned him about his foreign trips which are causing delay in the filming of projects, Mahesh replied, "I don't understand this. I go on trips with my money. We go when our children have holidays or when I get a gap during shootings. I like to spend time with my family."

As per the available updates, the movie is about a Guntur-based gangster (Mahesh Babu) forms a partnership with a news reporter (Sreeleela), who intends to uncover the unlawful activities in the city.
