Malli Pelli Twitter Review: Veteran actor Vijaya Krishna Naresh aka VK Naresh has hit the screens with his real-life partner Pavitra Lokesh-starrer 'Malli Pelli.' The controversial movie written and directed by producer-turned-director MS Raju, was released all over the two Telugu states on May 26.

The movie is based on the true events that happened in the life of VK Naresh, his estranged third wife Ramya Raghupathi, and now live-in partner Pavitra Lokesh. The actor himself went to MS Raju and conceptualized the story and screenplay. Ahead of the film's release, Ramya Raghupathi slapped notices to Naresh as he is the film's producer, seeking a stay on the release.

The movie is almost based on the real-life incidents that took place in VK Naresh's life. His previous marriages, his love with Pavitra Lokesh, and his impending marriage are discussed in the movie, under the backdrop of love in old age.

Narendra (VK Naresh) is a famous actor from an influential and big family. He is already married thrice before and falls in love with his co-actor, Parvathi (Pavitra) who is also a married woman. All hell breaks loose as he has to face the complexities of life.

The film stars several notable actors along with VK Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh. Artists like Ananya Nagalla, Vanitha Vijayumar, Jayasudha, and Annapurnamma among others in key roles.

Not only that but veteran south-Indian actor Sarath Babu, who died two days ago, will be seen in the movie playing a crucial role. This was his last onscreen presence.
