Originally written by Madonne Ashwin, the remake titled Martin Luther King was directed by Puja Kolluru, in her debut. S Sashikanth, Chakravarthy, Ramachandra, and Venkatesh Maha together funded the project under the YNOT Studios, Reliance Entertainment, and Mahayana Motion Pictures banners. Venkatesh Maha wrote the film's screenplay and dialogues.

Deepak Yaragera cranked the camera and Puja Kolluru herself worked as the film's editor. Smaran Sai composed the entire background score and music for Martin Luther King.
