Megastar Chiranjeevi To Undergo A Knee Surgery At Bengaluru Or Delhi This Week; Goes On A 45 Days Break
As per the available information and buzz from inside Tollywood, the veteran is about to take a break for 45 days or even more from now. He will reportedly undergo an operation procedure on his knee this week. The operation might be held at Bengaluru or New Delhi. Following the surgery, the actor will take a break of 45 days to recover before resuming his other personal and professional commitments.
Megastar Chiranjeevi's Bhola Shankar is now running in the theatres all over the world. The movie, which is a remake of Tamil film Vedalam starring Ajith, is helmed by Meher Ramesh in Telugu. A slight changes have been made to the film's script, said the filmmakers.
The movie was released on August 11 amid sky-high expectations and humongous openings but lack of gripping content or entertainment made Bhola Shankar another Acharya for the megastar. The film's earnings are underwhelming, and reports suggest that it is going to end up a disaster in another couple of days.
However, Chiranjeevi delivered his career's highest-grosser yet, in the beginning of the year with Waltair Veerayya. The fans pinned hopes on Bhola Shankar and expected it to do as well as Waltair Veerayya.
Waltair Veerayya gave the much-required success to the actor who was neck-deep in flops- Acharya and GodFather.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi recently opened up about having diagnosed with a non-cancerous polyps after a regular colonoscopy test, which he got removed through a surgery.
When he tried to talk about his experience to promote awareness among his fans and public, there were rumours that he survived cancer.
Chiranjeevi's Work Front
The veteran actor will take part in the shooting of his upcoming film under the direction of Kalyan Krishna once he is fit and healthy. Reportedly, Bimbisara director Vassishta also signed a project with Chiranjeevi.
