Mem Famosu is a small-budget movie that was backed by the makers of 'Writer Padmabushan.' The movie, which stars newcomers in the form of cast and crew has been making adequate buzz around its film ahead of its release. The movie is going to release all over the two Telugu states on May 26.

The gang of Mem Famous has approached a different kind of promotional strategy, where they are not only promoting their film but also promoting other Tollywood films that were released so far.

Mahesh Babu, who is back in the city after a foreign holiday with family, happened to watch Mem Famous, a bit earlier than the rest of the public. The actor couldn't help but praise the movie and its team.

Mem Famous Story

The movie is set in the backdrop of a village named Bandanarsampally, in rural Telangana. It is woven around a group of friends Mai, Bali, and Durga, who are a mischievous trio. How they find passion, love, and purpose in life is charted through a series of events loaded with emotion and comedy, in this coming-of-age movie.

Mem Famous Cast

The movie stars Sumanth Prabhas, the director of the film in the role of Mahesh, along with Saarya Laxman as Mounika, Mani Aegurla as Durga, Kiran Macha as Jinka Venku, Anji Mama Milkuri as Anji Mama. In addition, Muralidhar Goud, Siri Raasi, Shiva Nandhan, Mourya Nalagatla, and Narendra Ravi played notable characters in the movie.

The movie is written, directed, and enacted by Sumanth Prabhas. Kalyan Nayak composed the film's music and background score while Shyam Dupati cranked the camera. Srujana Adusumilli worked as the film's editor and Nagarjuna Thallapalli worked on the film's Sound Design.

Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra, and Chandru Manoharan produced the movie under Chai Bisket Productions.
