Naga Chaitanya is one of the promising actors in the Telugu film industry. The youngster, who has a great filmy background is keen on making big with his hard work and efforts.

Although his performance has been appreciated in many films that he chose to be part of, the actor is yet to earn an image and stardom. His notable last success was Sai Pallavi starrer Love Story, directed by Sekhar Kammula.

Custody is his upcoming bilingual written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. The movie is set to hit the screens on May 12. Chaitanya has been promoting the film vigorously and even spoke about his divorce from Samantha, for the first time.

Meanwhile, during the press meet, when quizzed about his project with Sarkaru Vaari Paata director Parasuram Petla, who earned recognition with Vijay Deverakonda's Geeta Govindam, the actor was upset.

Talking About Parasuram Is A Waste Of Time: Naga Chaitanya

"It's a waste of time to talk about director Parasuram. He wasted my time, I don't even like to talk about this topic. There is no reason, and talking about him is a waste of time even to you," said the actor to the interviewer.

On the other hand, it is also learned that Parasuram had agreed to do films for some of the big Tollywood production houses earlier, and failed to show up. About five production houses have paid advances to Parasuram.

For the unversed, Parasuram Petla met Naga Chaitanya and narrated a story to him, to which the latter gave a nod. The director then said that he will develop the script as discussed and didn't revet. Meanwhile, he went ahead and announced a project with Superstar Mahesh Babu, which is Sarkaru Vaari Paata. After all that, Parasuram couldn't maintain cordial relationships with actors and production houses that gave him advances.

Parasuram was accused of taking advances and committing films to as many as five production houses but didn't work on them.

Yuvan Shankar Raj and Ilaiyaraaja are coming together for the first time to score the film's entire soundtrack and tunes. The movie is set for a huge theatrical release on May 12.
