NC 23: Sai Pallavi's SHOCKING Remuneration For Naga Chaitanya & Karthikeya 2 Fame Chandoo Mondeti's Thandelu
Naga Chaitanya's next with Karthikeya 2 director Chandoo Mondeti is referred to as NC 23. Bankrolled by Geetha Arts banners and helmed by Allu Aravind, the movie is said to be a coastal region's drama that involves action and romance. The makers of the film announced Sai Pallavi as the leading lady through a video to welcome her on board.
Rumoured to be titled 'Thandelu,' NC 23 is set up against the backdrop of a fisherman community and charts the plight of one unfortunate fisherman who was captured by Pakistanis for entering their waters. The movie marks the second collaboration of Sai Pallavi and Naga Chaitanya.

The 31-year-old had earlier worked for a successful film titled 'Love Story' which was written and directed by Sekhar Kammula, starring Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. The movie was released in 2021.
Sai Pallavi's Charges A Whopping Remuneration
For collaborating for the second time with Naga Chaitanya for a romantic-action drama, the Gargi actress is said to have quoted Rs 5 Crore as salary. The producers, Geetha Arts, are ready to shell out big bucks to bring this talented artist on board and are ecstatic about going on sets shortly. It is interesting to note that Naga Chaitanya is only taking home Rs 7 Crore as remuneration.
On the other hand, Sai Pallavi hit the headlines a day before for her alleged garland picture which whipped up vigorous wedding rumours with Rajkumar Periasamy. Since the Premam actress stayed away from any professional commitments for a while, the rumours along with the pictures spread like wildfire. However, it was later clarified that it was taken during the official puja ceremony of her upcoming film with actor-producer Sivakarthikeyan, referred to as SK 21.
