Team RRR, headed by visionary director-filmmaker SS Rajamouli, returned home from the prestigious and remarkable win at the Academy Awards 2023. The song from RRR 'Naatu Naatu' brought India its first-ever Oscar for an Indian film under the 'Best Original Song' category. Post the success parties, meet-ups, and all the fervor around the BIG WIN, the entire team, which is also the family of Rajamouli and Keeravani landed in India on March 17.
Fans of the movie RRR, fans of Ram Chran, Jr NTR, Rajamouli, and Keeravani have gathered in big numbers at the arrival area of the Hyderabad International Airport to welcome the team. Flowers, cheers, and hooting happened as the family members-cum-technicians of the RRR walked out to their caravan from the airport. Spotted at the airport were SS Rajamouli, his wife Rama Rajamouli, step-son Karthikeya and his wife Pooja, Rajamouli's daughter Mayukha, MM Keeravani and his wife Valli, their sons Kaala Bhairava and Simha among others. All of them were seen with tens of heavy suitcases. We wondered which of those big bags contained the Oscar award!
SS Rajamouli and his team after settling down will start focusing on their next project. The team is all set to work on Superstar Mahesh Babu's film referred to as SSMB 29. The movie is going to be a globe-trotting adventure drama that will depict Mahesh Babu in a never-seen-before avatar.
Ram Charan landed in New Delhi with his wife Upasana Kamineni to attend a conclave in which he will be seen sharing the stage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the other hand, Jr NTR is already in Hyderabad to prepare for the puja ceremony of his upcoming film with director Koratala Siva, referred to as NTR 30.
