Ma Oori Polimera 2 aka Polimera 2, the much-awaited sequel of the year, written and directed by Dr Anil Viswanath is raving positive reviews after it hit the screens on November 3. Written and directed by Anil Vishwanath, the sequel is sait to have earned about Rs 10.2 Crore worldwide within just three days, achieving the break even target as well.

The suspense horror thriller stars Satyam Rajesh, Baladitya, Getup, and Kamakshi Bhaskarla as the key characters. For the sequel, new actors like Babloo Prithveeraj, and Rakendu Mouli joined the cast.

Polimera 2 Premise

After several killings amid black magic rumours in Jasthipally, auto driver Komaraiah elopes to Kerala with his first love Kavitha, faking his death. His brother Jangaiah, a constable goes missing in search of his brother. Komariah's wife Lakshmi and his friend Balija are confused. A group of men try to excavate the hidden treasure in the cursed temple. What happens next? Did Lakshmi and Jangaiah trace Komari? Why Komari faked his death? Why he eloped with Kavitha? forms the crux of Polimera 2.

Polimera 2 OTT Release Date & Time

The sequel will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar, as the first one was bought by the OTT giant. However, there is so much ambiguity over the date of its digital streaming debut. While there are rumours that the sequel will end up on the OTT quite early, by the end of November or the first week of December, there is no official information about the actual date. Meanwhile, the movie is still making good business at the box office, although the revenue slumped.
