Prabhas Takes Break From Back-To-Back Shoots, Plans To Fly Abroad For Treatment; Details Inside

Prabhas who is supposed to be busy with parallel shootings of the most awaited pan-Indian, star-studded, and heavy-budget movies like Salaar, Project K among others, has reportedly slowed down, taking a break to rest for a while before resuming work. After the release of Saaho, the actor, who is referred to as 'Darling' by his hardcore fans, has signed numerous films that came his way.

Prabhas, accordingly has been working out in the gym to present physical transformations on the screen, as per the character's attributes. He has been taking part in the shooting of more than two films at a time. All of these factors have taken a toll on the actor's health. In addition, he lost his pillar of support and strength of their family, his uncle, Rebel star Krishnam Raju a few months ago. It is reportedly learned that the actor took a break during the last month due to some health issues he had been fighting.

While fans are hoping Prabhas would soon return to the shoot and help the directors dole out the movies as per the schedules announced, the latest reports that Prabhas extended his break and went to a foreign country for treatment dampened the spirit of the fans.

According to a report by News18, the actor reportedly needs more time to recover and had gone abroad for further treatment. Meanwhile, fans gearing up for the release of Adipurush which is rescheduled for a release worldwide on June 16.

As the release date is about 100 days away, fans on Twitter are trending the hashtag 'Adipurush storm in 100 days'. The film was supposed to be released in the Sankranti 2023 season but was posted due to various reasons and is in the post-production phase.

On the other hand, a new rumour about Prabhas' upcoming project is doing rounds. Prabhas is reportedly going to work with Venu Sriram who had earlier worked with power star Pawan Kalyan for 'Vakeel Saab,' a remake of the Bollywood film Pink. Dil Raju is going to produce the movie.

Prabhas' Work Front

While Om Raut's Adipurush, a mythological drama is all set to hit the screens this summer, his other films include Prashanth Neel's Salaar, in which he will be seen along with actors like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. His other project is Project K with Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, under the direction of Nag Ashwin. A film called Spirit, Prabhas' 25th with Sandeep Reddy Vanga is in the pre-production stage.

Director Maruthi's 'Raja Deluxe' is also on the sets and the actor has taken part in one of its schedules so far. In addition, another buzz has it that Prabhas has green-lighted a project with director Venu Sriram.
