Going back in time, AR Rahman, who began his career as a Keyboard player for Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, and music director Koti, has emerged as an Oscar-winning technician who works selectively. His first film as a music director was in Telugu titled 'Palnati Pourusham,' directed by Muthyala Subbaiah in 1994. The movie is a successful venture at the box office and the songs are quite popular.

However, AR Rahman later focused on more Kollywood films and then Bollywood. Seldom he scored the music for Telugu films. Although these films weren't successful, their music and tunes were highly appreciated and loved. He worked with Venkatesh for 'Super Police' in 1994. Then, AR Rahman returned with Mahesh Babu's utter flop movie 'Naani' after a year in 2004. And he composed the music for Pawan Kalyan's 'Komaram Puli' in 2010.

After 13 years, now that AR Rahman is roped in for RC 16, fans are worried that the movie might end up like one of the above-mentioned films at the box office.

Game Changer is produced by Dil Raju and Co under Sri Venkateswara Productions on a budget of Rs 170 Crore.
