In a recent Instagram comment, Upasana was seen appreciating a US-based gynecologist by name of Dr. Jay Ashton. The doctor posted a picture with Ram Charan holding the Critics Award and posed for a picture on which Upasana had left a remarkable comment.
While the context is unknown, Upasana wrote tagging her, "ur too sweet. waiting to meet you. Pls join our theappollohospitals family in India to deliver our baby along with Dr Sumana & Dr Rooma." (sic)
While the comment clarifies about the baby being born in India, Dr Ashton replied saying, "I would love to!!" (sic)
