Venkatesh Daggubati and his nephew Rana Daggubati's Rana Naidu which has instantly become the talk of the town for its 'vulgarity' is now trending on Netflix.
The 10-episode series was released on the OTT platform on Friday (March 10). It is an adaptation of Hollywood's TV series by the name Ray Donovan.
Soon after its release, Rana Naidu has been called out for the use of vulgar language and intimate scenes that come and go throughout the series, irrespectively and non-coherent.

During promotions, Rana himself asked viewers to watch the series individually even if it's wife and husband.
After all the buzz around it, Rana Naidu is tending at the Top 1 position of the Top 10 Tv Shows in the Netflix India category.
To share the news, Rana took to his Twitter handle on Sunday (March 12) and thanked the viewers.
He also extended an apology to all the haters.
"Thank you for so much love. My sincere apologies to the ones who hate," Rana wrote.

The series is also being supported by many who question what's wrong in making an adult-content movie as if such movies and series were never watched by the Indian audience ever.
Rana endorsed such views expressed by Twitter users and reiterated that it is 18+ series and should be strictly watched alone.
When another user asked Rana to make family movies, he responded in positive.
Rana, the grand son famous producer Daggubati Ramanaidu gained international recognition after playing the antagonist in Baahubali opposite Prabhas.
Rana is known for portraying versatile characters be it in the lead role or as a supporting actor. He loves to experiment and churned out many such movies in the past. He is a passionate producer as well.
Rana's uncle Venkatesh, known as a family hero enjoys an unwavering fanbase that cuts through ages, gender, and preferences.
His portrayal of a former prisoner, a womanizer, and a man who estranges four children and an ailing wife in Rana Naidu is unsettling for his fans who would like to see the family man in him. The viewers also had a hard time Rana emoting certain gestures and using foul language with his own children and grandchildren in the series.
