RRR star Ram Charan is gearing up to finish his prestigious outing after RRR, Game Changer, helmed by maverick director S Shankar. The movie is a Tamil and Telugu bilingual with Kiara Advani in the female lead role.

Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana is going to direct RC 16, reportedly a sports-based drama, which will begin officially in September 2023 with a traditional puja ceremony. Ahead of the news about RC 16 launch, the film's female lead actress is yet to be finalized.

RC 16 Heroine

The makers of the film reportedly approached none other than our national crush Rashmika Mandanna, to play the female lead character in RC 16 opposite Ram Charan. If Rashmika comes on board, it will be the first time she will share the screen space with Ram Charan.

Rashmika earlier denied an opportunity to act with Ram Charan in Acharya, in which her role was played by Pooja Hegde, under Koratala Siva's direction. Acharya is one of the biggest disasters in both Ram Charan and megastar Chiranjeevi's careers.

It is still unofficial if Rashmika will accept the offer this time. A proper announcement of the same is expected to come out in September or even before, after the actress signs the dotted line.

Rashmika Mandanna's Pipeline

Meanwhile, the busy actress is not only shooting for her Srivalli character in Allu Arjun-Sukumar's most hyped sequel Pushpa 2, but also is playing the lead role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal. The pre-teaser of the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer was released recently to a thumping response.

Rashmika Mandanna also joined hands with actor Nithiin and Venky Kudumula for another comedy entertainer referred to as VNRTrio.

On the other hand, the new father in T-town, Ram Charan, is spending a whale of time with his newborn Klin Kaara and wife Upasana at home. The next schedule of RC 15 titled Game Changer will begin shortly.
