Renu Desai Cries Over Social Activist's Comments On Her Divorce With Pawan Kalyan; Shares An Emotional Post
Renu Desai is a well-known actress and producer. She divorced Power star Pawan Kalyan a couple of years ago and is rocking the single-mom life successfully. Post the tragic personal tragedy, Renu Desai not only stood up for herself but her entire family and took responsibility for two children- Akira Nandan and Aadya.
Renu Desai quit acting post her relationship with Pawan Kalyan. She, however, was phenomenal in building his career and is a good technician as well. From designing costumes for PK to editing the films, she did it all. Renu is also a proven director. She made films in Marathi as a producer and director, which were successful.
Time and again, Renu, who is active on social media, voices out her opinions, struggles, and inhibitions around her personal life, which is always under the constant radar. She chose to keep her private life under wraps, just because of the prying she gets to face every day by the alleged fans of the PSPK. However, a recent interview of a Social Activist moved Renu Desai. Here are the details.
Social activist Krishna Kumari spoke to a YouTube news channel about the divorce and separation issue of Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai. She said, "If there is a divorce, everybody focuses on the woman in question, and none of them try to blame the man or husband. We have come so far as a society but the prejudice is still there." She also elaborated on some sacrifices and difficulties Renu Desai faced while living with Pawan Kalyan.
"Renu Desai came forward to birth a child with Pawan Kalyan even before they officially tied the knot. There shouldn't have been a point in their lives where she chose to opt-out. Renu was phenomenal in shaping Pawan's career and Renu stood her ground and dealt with it gracefully. Had she stated that Akira was born out of a marriage and not a live-in relationship, Pawan would have gone to jail," opined Krishna Kumari.
Sharing it on her social media (Instagram) handle, Renu Desai wrote, "Someone shared this video with me. I really don't know who she is and I don't know why they are talking about me but please tell her that I can't thank her enough for saying this loud on my behalf." Renu added a (Namaste) emoticon along with it.
In the caption, Renu also mentioned, "I don't know her but someone coming out in public and talking on my behalf is really a nice feeling. I cried after looking at this. Whenever I say something, people attack me for many reasons. They still call me Vadina (affiliating to my former relationship status with Pawan Kalyan) and attribute a political party to me. But for the first time, I feel brave and confident that there are also people who understand my feelings."
