Salaar First Single Buzz: Is There Only One Song In Prashanth Neel-Prabhas' Much-Hyped Action Drama? Find Out

Prabhas' upcoming action thriller Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire, written and directed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel is trending big time on social media platforms including Twitter.

The movie, bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films stars Prithviraj Sukumaran as the antagonist. Salaar makers confirmed that the movie is now expanding and going beyond boundaries. There will be an international actor too, if the buzz is anything to go by.

Fans Trend Salaar First Single On Twitter

As it was rumoured that Salaar: Ceasefire first single will be dropped on August 6 or 7, fans of the Young Rebel star cannot contain their excitement. They have been taking to their social media handles and fan pages to express their euphoria around the release of the first single.

However, a little insider birdie suggests that there will be only one song in Salaar. This news is now going viral as fans are almost dimmed by this. Since Salaar is an action film with a unique backdrop, the director, Prashanth Neel is focusing more on the score and narration, using bit songs for the background. However, there is no official confirmation of the same as yet.

Meanwhile, there are also rumours that Prabhas' other internationally awaited film, a science-fiction adventure titled Project K AKA Kalki 2898 AD will also contain one or two songs and not more than that. Given this film's story, set-up, and premise, including romantic songs for the sake of it will only disappoint the viewers. The film's director Nag Ashwin is said to have been keen on the film's music and he brought Santosh Narayan onboard for an effective background score.

Project K AKA Kalki 2898 AD stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, and Pasupathy among others in key roles. The movie is expected to have a humongous scale of release worldwide in five languages on January 12, 2024.
