Prabhas and Prashanth Neel's action-drama Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire is ready to hit the screens in a couple of hours. The movie is going to premiere in the USA today at midnight. The movie will be released in five languages on December 22 all over the world.

The expectations for Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire are beyond the sky with the two theatrical trailers making a humongous impact on the viewers of action films and fans.

Salaar Premise

Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire is the story set against the backdrop of a fictional kingdom called Khansaar. It is the tale of two best friends from childhood, who grow old to become the worst enemies. The story was so big that the writer-director chose to elaborate it in two parts. Deva aka Salaar and Varadaraj Mannar's story of friendship, trust, sacrifice, and vengeance is all about Salaar.

Salaar Cast

The much-hyped action entertainer features an ensemble cast playing pivotal characters. Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist's role Varadharaja Mannaar in the movie. Jagapathi Babu played Raja Mannaar.

The movie is produced by Ravi Basrur under the Hombale Films banner on a massive budget of about Rs 250 Crore. Bhuvan Gowda cranked the camera. Ravi Basrur composed the film's entire background score and music. Ujwal Kulkarni worked as Salaar's editor.
