Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire: Excitement Peaks As Prashanth Neel Meets Kantara Star Rishab Shetty On Set

The teaser of Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire from the biggest action director Prashanth Neel, has left the nation in absolute amazement. While the audience is eagerly looking forward to hearing and watching more from this action-packed entertainer, a coincidence just happened recently when the director Prashanth Neel met the Kantara star, Rishab Shetty while they both were shooting.
Prashanth Neel was apparently shooting a small patch of Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire in Mangaluru, incidentally, the Kantara star Rishab Shetty arrived there while he was finalizing the story of Kantara's upcoming part. This was indeed a moment to relish for both prominent personalities and for the fans as they met each other.
Kantara has been tremendously loved by the audience who are now eagerly waiting for the release of its upcoming part which is the Kantara prequel.
Hombale Films' upcoming production, "Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire," is set to feature a stellar cast including Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. Helmed by the talented director Prashanth Neel, this highly anticipated film is scheduled for a theatrical release on September 28, 2023.
Meanwhile, the shooting of Rishab Shetty's Kantara sequel will begin soon. The announcement of the film's prequel took place in February of this year. During that time, Shetty revealed that what the viewers had seen was, in fact, the second installment, and thus, the forthcoming release would serve as the prequel to Kantara.
He said, "We are very pleased and thankful to the audience who had shown immense love and support to Kantara and taking the journey ahead, with the blessing of almighty Daiva the film has successfully completed 100 days and I would like to take this opportunity to announce the prequel of Kantara. What you have seen is actually Part 2, Part 1 will come next year," he had said. Kantara 2 will reportedly hit the theatres next year.
