Salaar Release Postponed

The much-awaited and hyped action film is said to have been postponed from September 28. The movie is initially aimed to hit the screens this month in five major Indian languages.

The production got delayed due to various reasons all this while, and just as the release date is drawing in, Hombale Films is hinting at the postponement due to this reason.

Why Salaar Is Postponed?

According to the available information on the internet and social media platforms, the filmmakers want to shoot a special dance item number with a star actress alongside Prabhas, which is going to be a key feature of Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire. Following Prabhas' Knee surgery and subsequent rest, the shooting for the song might not happen now. Therefore, the director and the unit are planning to wait on Prabhas until he recuperates. There is no official confirmation of the same as yet.

Meanwhile, there are also several fan accounts on X, formerly known as Twitter which claim these postponement rumours aren't true and the movie is releasing on time. The makers of Salaar have to respond to this confusion.
