Salaar: Prabhas' Actioner To Premiere With Whopping 2500 Shows Across USA; Aims For USD 2 Million Pre-Sales
Salaar USA Pre-Sales Aim For USD 2 Million: Pan India star Prabhas and the maverick filmmaker Prashanth Neel are pretty confident in their latest high-octane actioner titled Salaar. One of the highly-anticipated films of 2023 has been in the making for three years. The first part of this epic saga Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire is going to hit the screens on December 22 worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire is the story set against the backdrop of a fictional kingdom called Khansaar. It is the tale of two best friends from childhood, who grow old to become the worst enemies. The story was so big that the writer-director chose to elaborate it in two parts. Deva aka Salaar and Varadaraj Mannar's story of friendship, trust, sacrifice, and vengeance is all about Salaar.
Salaar Premieres On 2500 Screens In The USA
For Salaar, the advance ticket bookings started a week before the release date. The movie already registered a staggering USD 1.7 Million and is marching ahead.
The humongous craze for Prabhas and Salaar is expected to make wonders at the box office in the USA. While the advance or the pre-sales for premieres are aiming to touch the record USD 2 Million mark, the number of theatres on which Prashanth Neel's directorial Salaar is opening is huge. Salaar is opening across 2500 screens in the North American region and the movie is ready to break Prabhas' Baahubali 2 and other such records that an Indian film held so far in the USA.
Salaar stars an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Shruti Haasan, Shriya Reddy, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Ramacharandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Brahmaji, Naga Mahesh, Dubbaka Bhaskar Rao, and Gemini Suresh among other in key roles.
Bhuvan Gowda cranked the camera and Ujwal Kulkarni worked as the editor. Ravi Basrur composed the film's background score and music. Vijay Kiraandur bankrolled the movie under the Hombale Films banner, which earlier produced blockbuster hits like Kantara, KGF Chapter 1, and KGF Chapter 2 among others.
