Prabhas and Prashanth Neel have set the hearts racing for the action film lovers in the country. Their collaboration stirred up the country three years ago, and they proved with the recently released theatrical trailer why it did. Titled Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire, the film is all set to land on the silver screen on December 22.

Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire will be released in five languages and fans of the pan-India star in the northern regions and Hindi belt are also waiting with bated breath for the movie to open on the big screens.

Prashanth Neel sent the fans into a tizzy by announcing Salaar as a two-part film. In a recent interview, Prashanth Neel said, "I have the story that goes up to 6 hours of narration for Salaar. I didn't have that stuff for KGF. So for Salaar, we have a story to tell in two parts."

Recently, ahead of the trailer release, the maverick filmmaker, also lined up Jr NTR for his next after Devara spoke about his plans for Prabhas' Salaar 2. According to a report on TV9, Prashanth Neel was quoted saying, "I cannot tell you right now about when we will start work on Salaar 2. It is a logistical thing. That is why I cannot commit to a timeline." This information has dampened the spirits of the expecting fans and audiences but they are still having high hopes for Salaar Part 1-Ceasefire.

The stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Hassan, Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Mime Gopi, along with Simrat Kaur in a special appearance.

The biggest action film ever made in South India in 2023 is bankrolled by Hombale Films, helmed by Vijay Kiragandur. Bhuvan Gowda and Ujwal Kulkarni worked as the film's cinematographer and Editor, respectively. Ravi Basrur composed the exciting soundtrack and thumping background score.
