Prabhas, the pan-India star is gearing up to re-write his own records and set a new benchmark for the Indian film industry, with Prashanth Neel's directorial titled Salaar. The film's first part titled Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire will hit the screens in five languages on September 28, 2023.

After delivering globaclly renowned blockbusters like KGF Chapter 1 and KGF Chapter 2, Prashanth Neel joined hands with Prabhas for another dark action film. Salaar is an action-thriller, and the teaser already earned glorious response from the fans of the 'Darling' star and film buffs.

Salaar's Trailer To Be Screened With Jawan In Theatres

Prabhas' action avatar will be unleashed in yet another exciting avatar in Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire. The much, much awaited trailer was postponed a couple of times but now will finally be out on September 6.

The makers of the film are keen that the viewers of Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan are given a theatrical experience of the trailer, which will be played from Jawan's release day in theatres, adding to the hype.

Prabhas Cast

The much-hyped action entertainer features an ensemble cast playing pivotal characters. Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist's role Varadharaja Mannaar in the movie. Jagapathi Babu played Raja Mannaar.

Shruti Haasan plays the female lead's role Aadya. In addition, the movie stars Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, Saptagiri, Prudhvi Raj, Jhansi, Brahmaji, Naga Mahesh, Dubbaka Bhaskar Rao, Gemini Suresh, etc.

The movie is produced by Ravi Basrur under the Hombale Films banner on a massive budget of about Rs 250 Crore. Bhuvan Gowda cranked the camera. Ravi Basrur composed the film's entire background score and music. Ujwal Kulkarni worked as Salaar's editor.
