Filmmaker Prashanth Neel popped a balloon just two days before Salaar's theatrical trailer release. He revealed the core premise of this action entertainer while talking to an English website saying that the movie is the story of two friends and is so big that it could make up for a six-hour film. He was also quoted saying that there is good content for the second part and more than KGF, Salaar's story is meaty. I even started work on Salaar before KGF and the first part Ceasefire will unveil the first half of the journey of two friends. We will introduce Salaar to the world through the trailer."
