What’s Good & What’s Bad In Prabhas’ Salaar

Prabhas, who has been one of the most talked about actors in the industry, has proved his mettle on the big screen time and again. And while the actor has given several hit films in his career so far, he is now making the headlines for his release. The movie has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year and the teaser to trailer, everything about the movie has got the fans excited. And while the makers' started the advance booking of the film almost a feel before the release, it also received a phenomenal response from the audience. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Salaar earned Rs 48.94 crores with the sale of over 23.38 lakh tickets for 16,593 shows across India.

As Salaar has finally hit the theatres, the social media is abuzz with tweets about this Prabhas starrer. And now, we bring you what the audience liked about Salaar and what they didn't:

What Is Good In Salaar?

Well, fans are in absolute awe of Prabhas' performance in the movie and have been praising the climax and the fight scenes. Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter (now X), a Twitter user wrote, "3AM show completed. EXTRAORDINARY FILM. MASSIVE ACTION. Pre-intervel fight and interval fight MASS. Second half fights MindBlw. Unexpected twisted climax. 5/5. #Prabhas is BLOODY AWESOME. REBELSTAR IS BACK". Another user called it a blockbuster and wrote, "#SalaarReview 4/5 #Salaar. powerful action with emotions touch. #Prabhas delivers his best performances. #PrithvirajSukumaran So impressive. Blockbuster"

What Is Bad in Salaar?

While the majority of the audience has been praising Salaar, a section of the viewers have been of the opinion that the Prabhas starrer lacked the emotional connection which was evident in Yash' KGF. A Twitter user tweeted, "Based on public reviews - #Salaar - Mixed bag it seems, #Prabhas is gud, story set up is gud, Prithvi is Gud, Fights superb. No emotional connect (Here where #KGF stands tall, Amma sentiment big plus). #RaviBasrur BGM big let down it seems. Prashanth Neel 50-50".

Another tweeted, "#Salaar A Complete Disappointment. Every movie can't bring the magic of KGF if those flavours were impersonated !! Didn't expect this from PrashanthNeel".

Meanwhile, Salaar is expected to a decent opening at the box office and is likely to rake in around Rs 95 crores at the box office today as per early reports on Sacnlik. Interestingly, Salaar will be witnessing a box office clash with Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki and Jason Momoa's Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom. It will be interesting to see if Salaar will manage to end 2023 on a happy note for Prabhas and Prashanth Neel
