Samantha Ruth Prabhu is one of the top stars of South India, who has acted in almost all South Indian languages predominantly Tamil and Telugu. She made her debut as the leading star in the Tollywood movie, Ye Maaya Chesave, which had Naga Chaitanya as the male lead.
The duo fell in love on the sets of the movie, and after being in relationship for years, they took it to the next level by marrying each other in an elaborate wedding ceremony. However, after a few years, the former couple announced their divorce and parted ways.
Ever since they divorced, news reports about their next relation have been making the rounds on social media. Accordingly, a wedding invitation containing the name of popular Tollywood producer's son VV Dhanjaya's son Kalyan made the rounds on social media, as it contained Samantha as the name of bride.
It was speculated that actress Samantha was the bride, while it was a different Samantha who tied the knot with Kalyan. Their wedding happened on May 20 in a grand manner when several biggies from the industry taking part.
Meanwhile, it is also reported that Naga Chaitanya was dating actress Sobhita Dhulipala. However, she denied the rumors saying that she doesn't have to address things that are baseless and have no truth.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu tied the knot with Naga Chaitanya in October 2017. The actors were married for almost four years before they ended their marriage. The two announced the separation in October 2021. They had issued statements on their respective social media accounts at the time. They wrote, "After much deliberation and thought, Chay and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us.
