Sandeep Reddy Vanga Opens Up About Prabhas 2; Exudes Confidence On Dishing Out A Feast To The Fans

Pan-India star Prabhas hit the headlines again for an update about one of the upcoming films with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Sandeep shot to fame with his debut film 'Arjun Reddy' in 2017, which made Vijay Deverakonda a star overnight. He then remade the same in Hindi as Kabir Singh with Shahid Kapoor and made a successful Hindi debut. He is now set to work with Prabhas on a high-octane action film.

Before Prabhas signed the project, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who was invited to work on a script for Mahesh Babu by Namrata Shirodkar, narrated it to the actor, which didn't go through. Ram Charan and Allu Arjun too declined the script which eventually Prabhas okayed.

Prabhas' Spirit will likely go on floors from November this year after the actor is expected to shoot for KGF Prashanth Neel's Salaar with Shruti Haasan and Project K with Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and others under the direction of Nag Ashwin. No other details of the cast and crew were announced as yet. However, Sandeep confirmed that Prabhas will be playing the role of a serious cop in Spirit.

Meanwhile, there is also a buzz around Prabhas giving a green signal to director Siddharth Anand, who scored a massive success with Shah Rukh Khan's latest film Pathaan.

Prabhas is undoubtedly the actor whose calendar is chock-a-block with back-to-back schedules of about five films, currently. However, given the line-up of films, more than being ecstatic, the fans are expressing concern about the films' results at the box office.

Speaking to a media channel recently, Sandeep Reddy Vanga exuded confidence in Prabhas' 25th, Spirit. He is confident about the film's story and the team that he assured to live up to the fans' expectations. He was earlier quoted saying, "Announcing 25th film with India's biggest superstar will be the biggest news for his fans throughout the world. Working with Prabhas garu will be a great level of excitement and I'm sure the excitement will be doubled once I start to shoot. Everything is big about this announcement because Bhushanji is the biggest producer in the country today who is also a very friendly and understanding producer, he is like a brother too. I'm very happy and comfortable associating with T-Series & my brother Pranay Reddy Vanga of Bhadrakali pictures for the third time." (sic)

Adipurush, the mythological fantasy drama is going to release all over the world on June 16. The post-production works are in full swing. The other films Salaar, Project K, and Raja Deluxe are on the sets.
