Sharwanand & Rakshita Reddy's Wedding: The Actor Is A Joyful Groom As He Gets All Haldi-Fied! See Video HERE!
Tollywood's one of the most bankable and versatile actors Sharwanand has finally become a groom. The 'Oke Oka Jeevitam' actor is set to tie the nuptial knot with Rakshita Reddy in a destination wedding in Jaipur.
The grand yet intimate wedding is said to take place on June 2 and 3. The main muhurtham will be on June 3 (Saturday) when Sharwanand will tie the sacred yellow thread to his fiance Rakshita, who is a Hyderabad-born techie based out of the USA.
Ahead of the D-Day, Sharwanand and his bride, along with their families and friends have flown down to a luxury resort (Leela) in Jaipur, to celebrate the wedding festivities. A video from the traditional Haldi and Sangeet ceremony is now going viral on the internet.
In the Haldi video, Sharwanand was seen dressed in a white kurta and pajamas. His face was smeared with a thick paste of turmeric mixed with sandalwood powder. He was seen smearing the haldi paste on his cousins, friends, and family members with a smile on his face. Later, his cousins pushed Sharwanand into the pool.
According to the information, the wedding festivities included a mehendi, sangeet, and cocktail dinner followed by traditional Telugu-style pelli muhurtham.
During the Sangeet, Sharwanand reportedly danced to megastar Chiranjeevi's film Waltair Veerayya. The event was entirely for the couple's close-knit. Ram Charan, who is Sharwanand's best friend and school mate was seen making his presence felt at the destination wedding but without his heavily pregnant wife Upasana Kamineni in tow, this time.

Rakshita Reddy and Sharwanand got engaged amid the who's who of Tollywood, their relatives, and friends in Hyderabad on January 26. The bride is the daughter of a High Court Advocate in Telangana and the granddaughter of a Telugu politician. Theirs is an arranged marriage and the duo were in a courtship since their engagement.
