Actor Ram Pothineni's upcoming mass action drama titled Skanda: The Attacker, is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on September 28. The movie marks the first collaboration of the actor and director Boyapati Srinu.

Skanda features the sensational Sreeleela as the female lead opposite Ram Pothineni. The movie is Ram's first pan-India release. His collaboration with mass specialist Boyapati Sreenu excited the actor's fans. The movie is touted to be an emotional family drama narrated in a unique but typical Boyapati style with an overload of mass action sequences.

The film's theatrical trailers and the huge pre-release Jathara have set the tone for its grand release, sending the fans into a frenzy. However, the team refrained from promotional interviews and other activities on purpose. Reportedly, they are confident in the film and want it to do the talking after hitting the screens.
