Pooja Hegde, the leading lady in the south-Indian industry is one of the most sought-after and busiest actresses down here. Well, that is true but may not be anymore because of her latest box office failures. The actress's last films Cirkus in Bollywood, Beast in Kollywood, and Acharya in Tollywood flopped, prompting her to re-think her choices.
Accordingly, the actress who is said to have made Rs 28 Crore approximately by starring in three films and appearing in a special song, is reportedly looking to sign projects to stay in business, even if it means getting lesser remuneration.
Her recent films-Beast with Thalapathy Vijay, Radhe Shyam with Darling Prabhas, Acharya with megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, and F3- which were star-studded and big-budgeted tanked at the box office miserably. With not many projects at hand, the actress is currently looking to get more work. For the same, Pooja is said to have cut down her remuneration, to attract some offers. Atleast, as per several reports on entertainment websites, it is believed that she reduced her remuneration.
The actress is shooting for SSMB 28 with Superstar Mahesh Babu under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. Her Bollywood release after Cirkus with Ranveer Singh, 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' under the direction of Farhad Samji with Salman Khan and Venkatesh Daggubati will hit the screens on April 21. Apart from these, the actress has signed no other films.
