SSMB 28: Woohoo! The Date For Mahesh Babu's First Look & Title Reveal Of Trivikram's Directorial Is Out!

Superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming family-action entertainer, SSMB 28, written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, is currently on the sets shooting for an important schedule in Hyderabad. Actress Pooja Hegde is the leading lady of the film, marking the second collaboration of the actor and actress after 'Maharshi.' Due to several reasons including Mahesh Babu's personal tragedy, the filming of SSMB 28 was delayed for a couple of months.

The latest update about the movie is something the fans of the Ghattamaneni clan are awaiting with bated breaths. The first look of the actor from the movie, as well as the title of the film, will be soon revealed on March 22, on the occasion of Telugu New Year's day Ugadi. Fans of the superstar are all geared up for the big day, hoping this news would come true.

The movie marks the third film of Trivikram and Mahesh Babu together. Their earlier films Athadu and Khaleja are critically acclaimed films with Athadu becoming a blockbuster. SSMB 28 is set for a huge and grand theatrical release all over the world on April 28 this year.

SSMB 28 stars yesteryear actress Shohana in a key role, rumoured to be that of Mahesh's mother. Musician S Thaman is composing the film's music and the background score. Actresses Samyuktha and Sreeleela, along with Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar are said to be part of the project but there is no official confirmation about the second female lead as yet.

Coming to the film's technical crew, the cinematography and editing of SSMB 28 are handled by PS Vinod and Navin Nooli respectively. AS Prakash is working as the head of the Production Department.
S Radha Krishna is producing the movie under the Haarika and Hassine Creations banner.
