Writer Vijayendra Prasad Gives Latest Update On SS Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu's Film: Following the global success and acclaim of RRR, director SS Rajamouli is now gearing up for his prestigious yet, with superstar Mahesh Babu for SSMB 29.

SSMB 29 will be one of the biggest films made in India and a special one coming from the Telugu film industry. The movie is also a remarkable collaboration as SS Rajamouli and superstar Mahesh Babu are coming together for the first time.

SS Rajamouli said, "My movie with Mahesh Babu will be one of a kind and was never attempted before. It will be a globe-trotting adventure drama which will be shot at exotic locations across various countries."

Speaking about SSMB 29, Mahesh Babu said, "This film is one of the most special films in my career as it will make me break many barriers and push to the extreme, physically very demanding. I am looking forward to it."

Update About SSMB 29 Script

While it was already all over the news that the movie will be or has the potential to be made into a trilogy, the makers are unsure if Mahesh Babu will star in all three of them. But writer Vijayendra Varma confirmed that there would be several other stars who make appearances in the film.

As per the buzz that is latest, Vijayendra Varma, SS Rajamouli's father, has almost finished writing the script for the Mahesh Babu-starrer. The final script and story will be ready by the first week of July.

The movie will be bankrolled by KL Narayana on a mammoth budget of Rs 1000 Crore.

SSMB 29 Cast

There were rumours that Rajamouli would rope in Hollywood actors for cameos and other important roles in this adventure film which will be on the line of Indiana Jones. Chris Hemsworth's name came into discussion following SS Rajamouli's collaboration with the Creative Artists Agency in the USA. Actress Jenna Ortega is also rumoured to be starring in SSMB 29.

SSMB 29 Crew

SS Rajamouli's staple crew KK Senthil Kumar for cinematography, Vijayendra Prasad for story and script, and MM Keeravani for music, will be repeated for this heavy magnum opus kind of film.
