Superstar Mahesh Babu is excited as his latest, SSMB 28 titled Gunturu Kaaram's title reveal and the first glimpse of the actor was met with an extraordinary response.

While his next with legendary SS Rajamouli referred to as SSMB 29 after Gunturu Kaaram is in the news for his 30th film with none other than Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

As per some insider buzz, it is learned that Sandeep Reddy, who once said that it is his dream to work with Mahesh Babu, is keen on showing the handsome actor in a new light. Accordingly, the movie might feature the superstar in the role of a gangster, for the very first time in his career. Further details of the project are officially awaited.

SSMB 29

Superstar Mahesh Babu's collaboration with SS Rajamouli is another project which is carrying sky-high expectations. The movie is said to be a globetrotting action adventure in which Mahesh Babu will be playing a role similar to Indiana Jones. The movie will be a trilogy although it is unsure if Mahesh Babu will feature in all of them. The film's pre-production works are in full swing.

Gunturu Kaaram

Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the movie is touted to be a mass entertainer that portrays Mahesh Babu in a new avatar, which is full-on mass. The movie marks the third collaboration of the actor-director. Pooja Hegde is playing the film's leading lady, coming together with MB for the second time. S Thaman is the film's musician.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Pipeline

The director who is making his second Hindi film with Ranbir Kapoor after Kabir Singh, has signed another project with Bhushan Kumar's production starring Pushpa star Allu Arjun. In the meantime, Sandeep Reddy will work on SSMB 30.
