Netflix Plans A Holywood Actioner With Mahesh Babu

Superstar Mahesh Babu recently made headlines with his latest photoshoot with a makeover that floored his fans all over the world. The actor is back in the news again with a crazy update.

Mahesh Babu, who is shooting for director Trivikram Srinivas' upcoming film Gunturu Kaaram, already has a line-up with none other than director SS Rajamouli. The movie which will take a good three to four years will be a globe-trotting adventure drama.

On June 12, a piece of news broke out on the micro-blogging site Twitter saying that Netflix has collaborated with Mahesh Babu for a Hollywood film. The movie is going to be an action entertainer and begin after Mahesh Babu completes Gunturu Kaaram and SSMB 29 with Rajamouli.

Fans of Tollywood's handsome actor are thrilled about the same but are having several questions. One of the disappointing factors for them is that they have to wait several years for this film to materialize because Rajamouli's SSMB 29 will require a major chunk of the actor's call sheets.

A user who goes by the name Hanna Filip wrote, "Oh!!! Then you have to plan for the 2035 release😂(sic)."

The movie showcases Mahesh Babu in a full mass makeover with actress Pooja Hegde as the female lead. The movie will also feature Sreeleela, yesteryear actress Sobhana, John Abraham, Jagapathi Babu, and Prakash Raj among others as key characters. S Thaman is composing the film's background score and tunes. S Radhakrishna is producing the movie.

The movie conceived by SS Rajamouli will be one of the high-budget films ever made in India. The filmmakers have already revealed that the movie will be on the lines of Indian Jones and have the potential to develop into a sequel and multiverse. KL Narayana is the film's producer.
