Tholi Prema Re-Release Box Office Collection Day 5: Pawan Kalyan's Film Surpasses Jr NTR-SS Rajamouli's Record

Tholi Prema Re-Release Box Office Collection: Tholi Prema is one of the first romantic films for Pawan Kalyan, which helped him become a rage among youngsters. Produced by GVG Raju under the SSC Arts banners, Tholi Prema is one of the most successful films in PSPK's career.

The 1998 release is the latest movie to join the re-release bandwagon in Tollywood. The film's 4K version was released all over the two Telugu states in about 300 select theatres for the fans to enjoy the experience on June 30.

The trend began with the rerelease of the remastered (4K) version of Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Puri Jagannath's 2006 film Pokiri in August 2022.

Fans reveled at the shows, and videos have gone viral. Later, fans of other stars also demanded similar rereleases of their films, and the producers followed suit.

The latest film to be re-released in several theatres is Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Tholi Prema and Tharun Bhascker's Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi. Both films drew crowds to the theatres once again with better enthusiasm and have been raking the moolah.

But fans are at it again. They are debating the collections earned by these films. Jr NTR and SS Rajamouli's blockbuster film Simhadri which was released recently, set a record by collecting Rs. 9.05 Lakh in a single day at Devi Theatre in RTC X Roads, Hyderabad.

Now, Pawan Kalyan's Tholiprema's re-release broke the record set by Simhadri at the same theatre. According to reports, the theatre made Rs 9.54 Lakh in a day on the fourth day of Tholi Prema's re-release.

Meanwhile, Tharun Bhascker's Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi collected Rs 1.8 crore in the Telugu states on the first day, and in four days, the movie collected Rs 3.3 Crore.

Tholi Prema Re-release Box Office Prediction

The openings for the re-release were huge for the power star's film, which was much-awaited by his fans. On the first day of its re-release, the movie made a notable gross.

By the first weekend, Pawan Kalyan's Tholi Prema movie is estimated to have earned about Rs 5 Crore at the box office all over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, which is a record. On the first day after the weekend, the movie still made decent figures. It is estimated that the movie earned about Rs 50 Lakh.
