Set in the time of 1970, in the infamous village called Stuartpuram in Andhra Pradesh, which is known for thieves and burglars, there is a notorious criminal by the name Nageswara Rao, who is referred to as Tiger Nageswara Rao. He earned an image among his community and villagers while the cops were always hunting him down after he escaped from prison.
