Exciting Telugu Films Releasing In September 2023: The Telugu film industry has had an eventful year so far in 2023 with about 13 clean hits. Although there are a few films that disappointed, which were made on a high budget with a star cast, Tollywood had a profitable and positive first half.

There are even more popular combinations and exciting films lined-up for the second-half of the year. Take a look at five such films which are going to make September an exciting wait.

Salaar

Director Prashanth Neel is all set to unleash our pan-India star Prabhas in his best yet avatar in the high-octane action entertainer Salaar. The movie which stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Shruti Haasan, and Sriya Reddy among others is a production venture of Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The movie will hit the screens all over the world in five languages on September 28.

Kushi

After the disastrous Liger, actor Vijay Deverakonda is ready to try his luck at the box office with a romantic love story titled Kushi. The movie stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead and is written and directed by Shiva Nirvana. All three of them are in dire need of success as their earlier films tanked miserably. Kushi will hit the screens in five languages on September 1.

Boyapati RaPo

The yet-to-be-titled movie starring Tollywood's Energetic and Chocolate boy Ram Pothineni is now going to hit the screens a bit earlier. The makers announced a new release date for the film as September 15. Earlier it was supposed to hit the screens on October 20. The film is written and directed by Boyapati Srinu. Sreeleela is the film's female lead.

Jawan

Shah Rukh Khan is trying to expand his market in the southern states and his straight Tamil debut with director Atlee, Jawan, is the right opportunity for him. The movie which stars Nayanthara as the female lead will hit the screens on September 7 in five languages. Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani among others are part of this high-budget action thriller.

Tillu Square

Actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda is gearing up with the sequel of his most successful film to date, DJ Tillu, titled Tillu Square. The film's shooting is happening at a brisk pace and stars Anupama Parameswaran in the female lead role. The movie is written by Siddhu Jonnalagadda himself. Mallik Ram is directing the movie. Tillu Square will hit the screens on September 15.
