Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Filming Of Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Film With Harish Shankar Begins; Here's What We Know

Power star Pawan Kalyan's latest cop action drama titled 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh,' written and directed by Harish Shankar went on floors recently. The movie marks the second collaboration of the director and actor after the successful 'Gabbar Singh.'

Ustaad Bhagat Singh is based on Thalapathy Vijay's Theri. After fans of the actor-politician expressed dismay about remaking the movie as Ustaad Bhagat Singh, the director issued a statement that the story has been tweaked to add a touch of freshness to it. The movie stars Tollywood's most sought-after actress Sreeleela as the female lead actress.

On April 5, the makers of the Pawan Kalyan-starrer released a new poster marking the occasion of the film's regular shooting. In the new poster, Pawan Kalyan is shown from behind, holding a gun in one hand and a tea glass in another. The cop drama will be laden with comedy and adequate action. The poster sent the fans of the power star into a celebratory mode.

According to the available information, the first schedule that began on April 5 is being shot at a police station set erected specially for the film. Devi Sri Prasad is on board as the music composer of the film. Chota K Prasad is working as the editor, and Anand Sai is the Production Head. Ayananka Bose is cranking the camera. Stunt Choreographers Ram and Lakshman are working as the action masters.

The movie is produced by Naveen Yerneni, and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. Mythri Movies banner recently secured massive hits with Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya.

The actor-turned-politician is also shooting for director Krish Jagarlamudi's period action film titled 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu.' The movie will be hitting the screens later in this year.
