Varun Tej-Lavanya Tripathi Engagement: Tollywood's secret lovebirds Varun Tej Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi have exchanged engagement rings among their family and close friends, making it official.

The intimate event was organized in a cozy set up at the house of Varun's father, actor-producer Nagababu, megastar Chiranjeevi's brother, in Manikonda.

The new couple looked so radiant and blushed as per the pictures they posted on the social media platform. Varun wore an ivory-coloured Chikankari worked Kurta set and complimented his fiance Lavanya wore a lime green coloured banaras saree with embellished borders. She wore a diamond polki jewelry set with matching earrings having emerald highlights.

She tied her knot in a low bun and put a string of jasmine flowers around it, in a south-Indian style. The actor and actress showed off their engagement rings in a set of pictures they posted online.

Lavanya Tripathi's Biography

The 32-year-old actress is born in Uttar Pradesh and then moved to Dehradun for school and then to Mumbai for pursuing a degree. She was trained in Bharatnatyam during her teenage years and also won the Miss Uttarakhand title when she was in school in 2006.

Lavanya made her acting debut in 2012 with a Telugu film titled 'Andala Rakshasi.' The movie made her an overnight star and opportunities knocked on her door. She was part of several big films and worked with actors like Naga Chaitanya, Nani, Vishnu Manchu, Nagarjuna, Aadi, Allu Sirish, Varun Tej, Sandeep Kishan, Ram Pothineni, Nikhil Siddhartha, etc.
