Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are finally married. The power couple, who got engaged early this year, took their nuptial vows in a lavish wedding in Italy and as expected it was a starry affair. In fact, the social media has been abuzz with pics and videos from Varun and Lavanya's wedding ceremonies. Needless to say, it was a treat to watch the lovebirds as Mr and Mrs.

As best wishes have been in order for Varun and Lavanya, the handsome groom treated fans with mesmerising pics from his fairy tale wedding. The wedding pics featured Lavanya opting the traditional red coloured bridal outfit for her big day which was complemented well by Varun who looked dapper in a cream sherwani. To note, Varun and Lavanya's wedding outfit were designed by ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra.

To note, Lavanya opted for a regal red Kanjeevaram saree which has intricate zardosi embroideries, a tonal head dupatta and reflectd timeless traditions. She wore it with heavy necklaces, haath phool, matha patti, sun and moon-shaped traditional hair accessories. On the other hand, Varun looked handsome in his exquisite light gold silk sherwani, adorned with intricate floral embroideries and gold sequins. He paired it with a rich chanderi stole handcrafted in aureate badla embroideries. It is evident that Varun and Lavanya made sure to compliment each other with the golden embroidery which is the common aspect in their wedding outfits. Besides, one can't miss out the kala tika (a small black mark) on Varun and Lavanya's cheeks respectively to ward off any buri nazar (evil eye).

As everyone has been in awe of Lavanya and Varun's wedding look, they have been curious about the price as well. Well, Manish Malhotra's lehengas usually cost around Rs 4 lakhs to Rs 18 lakhs (as quoted by Zee News Hindi). And given the intricate work on Lavanya's bridal outfit, it is likely to cost probably more than that. On the other hand, the price of sherwanis designed by Manish Malhotra is reportedly around Rs 3-4 lakhs, however with Varun opting for gold sikh sherwani with intricate work, it is likely to cost a whopping amount.

Meanwhile, Varun and Lavanya will be having their wedding reception today in Itay and they will be seen dressed in a black suit and electric blue gown respectively.
