Varun Tej & Lavanya Tripathi Wedding: Ram Charan's Wife Upasana Shares Sit Down Dinner Decor; She 'Can't Wait'
The event of Tollywood this year, Varun Tej & Lavanya Tripathi's wedding is currently underway in the beautiful city of Tuscany, Italy. The couple have just begun the traditions as the muhurtham (7.12 P.M. IST) leading to tying the knot.
Upasana Kamineni, wife of Ram Charan, Varun Tej's first cousin was one of the first to give us all fans a sneak peek into the wedding decor of these two Tollywood lovebirds. As the muhurtham approached, Upasana seemed to be 'waiting' for the delicious wedding feast the hosts had curated for the star-studded event, quite literally.
The couple opted for a cute and nice sit-down dinner with people sitting opposite each other amid breathtaking floral decor. With Pastels as the theme for the wedding, the decor echoed the same with flowers in blush pink, champagne, white, and yellow with a dash of red used. Not just flowers but the table also consisted of exotic fruits as centerpieces.
Meanwhile, Lavanya Tripathi's first film's co-star Rahul Ravindran shared a picture of himself with the couple from what looks like a pre-wedding bash on his social media handles to wish them.
In the picture, Varun Tej looked dapper in a crisp white shirt and sported tinted shades while Lavanya looked shining like a star with a wide grin in a black strapless gown. The decor was done in florals and pampas grass with the couple's initials.
Rahul wrote, "Wishing these two cuties joy and love all their life. Am sorry I couldn't attend the wedding Lavs...but sending all the good vibes in the world your way you darling of a human (sic) with some love and hug emoticons." He tagged Lavanya Tripathi.

Varun Tej has opted for a cream-gold Sherwani with a silk dhoti, which will be styled by Ashwin Mawle and Hassan Khan, Tollywood's celebrity stylists. To compliment him and to stand out as a gleaming bride, Lavanya Tripathi is said to have chosen a ruby red-coloured Kanchipuram silk saree, which will have a dreamy personalized veil with 'VarunLav' embroidered on it.

After the muhurtham, which took place after the luncheon, the guests were busy with the wedding. They will take a quick break to change into their glamorous best for the wedding reception that will hit off by 8.30 p.m. reportedly.
Grand Reception Bash In Hyderabad
For the reception that follows at night, Varun will change into a Swarovski crystals-embellished tux made by Manish Malhotra again while Lavanya will dress up in striking contrast to his, in an electric blue heavily embellished gown with crystals. The reception outfit is reportedly said to have a dramatic cape that is a highlight. We can't wait to see the new couple in their most blissful state.
