Vimanam Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Samuthirakani & Anasuya's Emotional Film Opens To Decent Buzz!

Vimanam is the latest feel-good entertainer which, going by the film's trailer is an emotional drama. Written and directed by Siva Prasad Yanala, the movie hit the screens as a Tamil and Telugu bilingual on June 9.

The makers of the film tried to sell the movie by projecting Samuthirakani and Anasuya Bharadwaj's characters as the key roles. The movie, upon its theatrical release, was reviewed as a decent film with a highly emotional story.

Vimanam Premise

The movie charts the lives of a physically challenged father (Samuthirakani) who is a doting father of a young child (Dhruvan Varma). He goes to any length to see a smile on his child's face and the child is fascinated by airplanes. When he expresses his desire to travel in an airplane, his father does what's not, to be able to make his son realize his dream.

Vimanam Movie Cast

The movie stars actor-director Samuthirakani, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rahul Ramakrishna, Dhanraj, Dhruvan Varma, and Mottai Rajendran among others in key roles. Actress Meera Jasmine is making a comeback to the Tamil and Telugu silver screen by playing a cameo in the film.

Vimanam Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction

On the opening day, the movie which was released amid decent hype managed to make around Rs 30 Lakh. If positive word-of-mouth continues, the small-budget movie might make it big on the opening weekend.
