Allu Arjun Arrest: Victim's Husband Withdraws Case? In the latest development around Allu Arjun's arrest in connection to Sandhya 70 MM theatre victim Revathi, the Nampally Court sentenced Allu Arjun to two weeks remand. Elaborate arrangements were made at the Chanchalguda jail for the same.

Amid many disappointments and blame games, Allu Arjun and his legal team's efforts in dealing with the case went in vain-almost. The actor filed a quash petition and the hearing is pending at the High Court. He sought dismissal of the cases registered on him. Allu Arjun had an objection to the way police handled his arrest at their house and he was seen asking them to let him finish his breakfast.

Many Tollywood personalities, producer Dil Raju, directors Trivikram Srinivas and Nag Ashwin, along with the mega family heroes Chiranjeevi and Naga Babu among others have showed their support to the actor's family.

While the management of Sandhya 70 MM theatre revealed a letter they wrote to Chikkadpally police seeking additional security and adequate permissions for the premiere in view of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's visit along with a few other popular personalities. Police reverted saying there is no permission for special show and how will the theatre ask for security.

Deceased Revathi's Husband (Applicant) REACTS To Actor's Arrest

Bhaskar, Revathi's husband, speaking to the media mentioned, "I am ready to withdraw the case. I was not aware of the arrest and Allu Arjun has nothing to do with the stampede in which my wife passed away."

Allu Arjun's Quash Petition In Discussion

Allu Arjun's advocate Niranjan Reddy recalled an instance where Shahrukh Khan was once charged with culpable homicide after a stampede occurred during a promotional event for his movie 'Raes' because he threw t-shirts at the crowd in Vadodara, Gujarat. Reddy recalls Gujarat HC, SC granted SRK bail and relief. He mentioned that his client Allu Arjun had no bearing in the incident and is not responsible for it.

Fans and family members of Allu Arjun are expecting a stay on the decree passed by the Magistrate sentencing the Pushpa 2 actor to 14 days' remand at the Chanchalguda jail.
