Allu Arjun Sentenced To 14 Days Remand: Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun, the National Award-winning star was arrested as Accused No. 11 in the death case of Revathi in a stampede-like situation at Sandhya 70 MM theatre on December 4, on the occasion of Pushpa 2 The Rule movie's premiere. On December 13, the actor who was taken into custody in afternoon was sentenced to 14 days remand after all other efforts to get a bail or a positive response to the quash petition, failed.

Police Clear Traffic To Chanchalguda & Deploy Force

After the HC's verdict on quash petition stating it redundant after arrest, police have proceeded to make arrangements to move Allu Arjun to Chanchalguda jail. The cops also deployed staff heavily to avoid mishaps and ensure absolute safety to the celebrated accused. The route clearance is currently underway and the barricading system is in place.

Allu Arjun's Quash Petition In Discussion
Allu Arjun's advocate Niranjan Reddy recalled an instance where Shahrukh Khan was once charged with culpable homicide after a stampede occurred during a promotional event for his movie 'Raes' because he threw t-shirts at the crowd in Vadodara, Gujarat. Reddy recalls Gujarat HC, SC granted SRK bail and relief. He mentioned that his client Allu Arjun had no bearing in the incident and is not responsible for it.
