Allu Arjun Faces Legal Action: Case Filed For Alleged Poll Code Breach During YSRCP Campaign Rally

Allu Arjun Faces Legal Action: A case has been filed against prominent actor Allu Arjun and YSRCP MLA Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy for purportedly breaching the Model Code of Conduct in Nandyala, Andhra Pradesh. The alleged incident involves the organisation of a large public gathering at the MLA's residence, deemed a violation of the electoral guidelines ahead of the upcoming Andhra Pradesh elections.
It is reported that MLA Reddy extended an invitation to Allu Arjun for the gathering held on Saturday without obtaining prior authorization, resulting in the initiation of legal proceedings against them for contravening the poll code.
The First Information Report (FIR) has been registered under Section 144, which has been enforced in Andhra Pradesh as the state braces for polling on Monday, May 13.
Deputy Tehsildar P. Ramachandra Rao from Nandyala Rural, tasked with overseeing the electoral process in the Nandyala constituency, took charge of registering the case.
Earlier on the same day, amidst extensive fanfare, Allu Arjun visited Reddy's residence. Subsequently, in a statement, he clarified that his presence in Nandyala was solely to support his friend and asserted his impartiality towards any political affiliation.
